Preheat air fryer to 375F. In a medium bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with the pesto until well combined. In another medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Coat each ravioli with the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off. Then, dip and coat in the panko breadcrumb mixture, ensuring all sides are completely covered. Spray the basket of the air fryer with olive oil cooking spray. Place the ravioli in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Lightly spray the the top with olive oil cooking spray. Air fry at 375F for 12-15 minutes (flipping halfway through), or until golden brown. If the ravioli look dry when you flip them, spray with additional olive oil. Plate and serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and pasta sauce to dip. Enjoy!
