Preheat the air fryer to 350F. Cut the apples in half and use a spoon to scoop and create a hollow opening. Combine the brown butter, oats, brown sugar, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl. Stir to combine. Add the mixture evenly into each apple half. Air fry at 350F for 20-25 minutes, until the apples are softened and the oat mixture is golden brown and toasted. While the apples are in the air fryer, mix together the greek yogurt and lemon collagen peptides in a small bowl. Serve the apples warm and topped with the lemon collagen peptides yogurt toppings.
