Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly grease 8 spots in a muffin tin; set aside. Roll out the puff pastry sheet into an 11x15” rectangle. Spread the cocoa hazelnut spread onto the sheet of puff pastry. Cut the pugs pastry in half lengthwise. Then, cut each strip in half again, then cut those strips in half. You should have 8 equal strips of dough. Roll each piece like a snail, and place into the prepared muffin tin, Brush the tops of each cruffin with the egg wash. Bake for 25-35 minutes to until they are a deep golden brown. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan. Roll each cruffin in granulated sugar util completely coated. Enjoy!
