I am…speechless 🤯 Honestly a recipe that barely needs either an intro or any convincing for you to make — but I’ll try my best 😌 They’re giving baklava mixed with cinnamon rolls 🤝 Crisp and flaky, the inside is buttery and cinnamony

Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet or 9x14” baking dish with parchment paper; set aside. Remove the phyllo dough from the package, roll it out, and place a damp towel over it to keep it moist. In medium bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans. Mix until well combined. Take about 4-5 sheets of the phyllo dough, and place on a piece of parchment or wax paper. Spread the cinnamon butter and nut mixture all over the surface of the top sheet (it doesn’t have to be perfectly spread out, it will spread as they bake). Roll the dough up tightly, starting with the long side. Slice the log/roll into 2-4 smaller rolls, depending on how big you want them. Transfer the rolls to the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining phyllo dough and pecan mixture. Lightly brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter, and then lightly sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on top of each. Bake at 350F for 14-16 minutes, until light golden brown. *The filling will spill out a little bit while baking, but don’t worry! Most of it will stay in. Enjoy!
