In a large bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine, Add in the yogurt and mix with a spoon until a shaggy dough forms. Kneads with your hands in the bowl a couple of times until the dough fully comes together. If the dough seems a little too sticky/wet, add 1 tbsp flour more at a time. Lightly flour a surface, and continue to knead the dough with your hands until it becomes soft and bouncy. Roll out the dough to ¾” thickness. Using a round cookie cutter, mason jar lid, or a cup, create circles and remove (should make 10-12 mini donuts). Then, using a smaller round lid or cutter, pop the inner circle hole out to create the donut shape. Place the donuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the air fryer 350F. Brush the tops of the donuts with the melted butter. Place a piece of parchment paper in the basket of the air fryer, then place the donuts in the air fryer (you may have to do this in batches depending on the size of the air fryer, I did 4 at a time). Air fry at 350F for 5 minutes, then flip over and air fry for another 3 minutes, or until fluffy and raised. While the donuts are in the air fryer, whisk together all of the ingredients for the brownie batter glaze in a small bowl until smooth. Once the donuts are done, dip into the glaze. Dust with powdered sugar if desired, and eat warm. Enjoy!
