Start by making the cheesecake filling. Add the cream cheese, greek yogurt, maple syrup, and lemon juice to a medium bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat until well incorporated and smooth. To assemble the parfaits, start by adding a layer go the granola to the bottom of two cups or jars. Layer the cheesecake filling on top of the granola. Then, scoop @talenti Roman Raspberry Sorbetto to layer on top of the cheesecake filling. Use the back of a spoon to smooth out. Then, add another layer of the cheesecake filling, granola, and Roman Raspberry Sorbetto. Finish the parfait off by adding another small layer of the cheesecake filling, and sprinkle of granola, and topping with a @talenti Roman Raspberry Mini Sorbetto Bar. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
