Preheat air fryer to 350F. *You can alternatively make these in the oven, but they just won’t be *as* fluffy! Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients, except the everything but the bagel seasoning, until well combined. WARNING: this dough IS going to be sticky, I repeat…it IS going to be sticky, but just trust the process! Sprinkle a little more flour on top of the dough in the bowl, and use your hands to knead for 2-3 minutes, until the dough becomes smooth and moldable (it’s going to still stick to your hands). If the dough seems impossible to work with, add 2 tbsp more flour at a time, and continue to knead! Divide the dough into 4 equal-sized pieces. Place the everything but the bagel seasoning into a medium bowl. To make this next step easier, feel free to lightly oil or flour your hands to prevent the dough from sticking to them too much! Use your hands to roll each piece of dough into a ball and cover with a generous amount of everything but the bagel seasoning by rolling and pressing the dough balls into the seasoning. Spray the basket of the air fryer with non-stick cooking sorta, or line with parchment paper. Transfer the bubble bagels to the basket of the air fryer. Air fry at 350F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. For the oven, bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes. Remove and serve with cream cheese or butter. Enjoy!
