Start by making the hot honey. Heat honey in a small pot over medium heat. Once honey is heated, stir in the red pepper flakes and hot sauce until combined (use more or less red pepper flakes and hot sauce according to your taste). Pour into a glass jar for storing and serving. Set aside. Cut the brie into 2-3cm cubes, making 18 pieces. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. In a separate small bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. In an additional bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs and parsley flakes. Coat each piece of cheese with the flour mixture, then dip in egg, and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture. Dip in the egg and then the breadcrumb mixtures again, pressing the breadcrumbs into the egg wash and ensuring that all sides of the cheese are completely coated. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Repeat with remaining cheese and coating mixtures. Place the brie bites in the freezer while you preheat the air fryer. Preheat air fryer to 350F. Once the air fryer is preheated, spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray. Then, place the coated brie bites into the basket of the air fryer, and spray the tops liberally with olive oil cooking spray. Air fry at 350F for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden. Serve warm with hot honey. Enjoy!
