In a small bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. In a separate small bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until well combined (should be a dough-like texture). Shape the dough onto a plate in the shape of a donut. Microwave for 2 minutes. Combine all of the greek yogurt topping ingredients together in a small bowl and spread on top. Top with crunchy granola - I used @jessicasnaturalfoods cherry & berry granola! Enjoy!
