Add all of the ingredients, except the yogurt, to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a container or mason jar and mix in the yogurt, add a little more milk if the mixture is too thick. Leave in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight. Once ready, layer with more yogurt if desired. Top with unsweetened coconut flakes and granola, or any other desired toppings. Enjoy!
