Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F. Line a medium round baking pan with parchment paper; set aside. Start by placing your strawberry chunks in a small bowl. Add in the sugar and cornstarch and mix until the strawberry chunks are coated. Set aside. In a medium bowl, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms. Lay the dough out on a lightly floured surface and use your hands to knead a little. Roll the dough out into a rectangle. Spread the strawberry jam over the surface of the dough, leaving about 1/2” border around the edges. Then, sprinkle your prepared strawberry chunks on top of the jam, completely covering the surface. Roll the dough long ways, and use a sharp knife or pastry cutter to cut into 8-9 rolls. Place the rolls in the prepared baking dish. If using, warm the heavy cream and pour over the rolls in the baking dish right before baking. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. While the rolls are baking, beat together the ingredients for the cream cheese glaze in a medium bowl. Once the rolls are removed from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes. Then, dollop and spread the glaze over the rolls. Serve warm. Enjoy!
