Omelette: 1. Separate desired amount of egg whites & egg yolks in 2 separate bowls. 2. Whisk egg yolks until pale and a homologous mixture and set aside. 3. Whisk egg whites until tripled in size and become white with medium peaks. 4. Carefully fold in egg yolks into egg whites until fully incorporated. 5. Pour the egg mixture into a frying pan on medium-low heat. 6. Add any delicious veggies or meat to the omelette while cooking! (Examples: ham, oregano, havarti cheese, and cheddar cheese). 7. Let sit for about 5 minutes and fold omelette onto a plate. 8. Enjoy! Roasted Tomatoes: 1. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves. 2. Put into a frying pan prepared with avocado oil. 3. Season it as desired with salt, pepper, oregano. 4. Cook until outsides become a little wrinkly and soft. 5. Enjoy! Avocado: 1. Slice half of an avocado. 2. Top with pepper, salt, and oregano. 3. Enjoy!
