These Banana Cream Pie Protein Baked Oats are an obsession! A delicious and easy breakfast idea, topped with an @overeasyfoods banana nut breakfast bar for extra crunch and goodness.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a ramekin and set aside. Add all ingredients for the base (1/2 banana, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 tbsp sweetener, 1 tbsp nut butter, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup almond milk) to a blender and blend until smooth. Add 2/3 of the batter to the prepared ramekin. Dollop the vanilla protein pudding/cream cheese filling in the middle and place a layer of sliced banana (1/4 piece) on top. Pour the rest of the batter on top to completely cover the filling. Top with a Banana Nut Breakfast Bar and more sliced banana if desired. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
