Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F. In a bowl, mix the banana, all purpose flour and baking powder together until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour. Shape the donut holes by rolling out the dough about 1/2” thick on a lightly floured surface. Use a 2” round cookie cutter to cut out the donuts. Roll each circle of dough out, and place about 1 tsp of the filling (vanilla protein pudding OR cream cheese mixed with vanilla extract) in the middle. Fold the sides over the filling, pinch them together, and use your hands to shape into a ball. Air fry at 375F for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. When cool, dip them into chocolate granola butter or melted chocolate. Enjoy!
