Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. Separate the egg into two different bowls, keeping both the egg white and yolk. In a large bowl, combine the flour, egg white, oil, milk, greek yogurt, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Knead the dough until just combined. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for another minute. Then, knead in the chocolate chips. Roll the dough out into a large log, and cut into 10 equal-sized pieces. Form each piece into a circular bun shape, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Mix the egg yolk that was kept aside with 1 tbsp of milk. Then, brush the buns with the egg wash. Top the buns with extra chocolate chips if desired. Bake at 350F for 20-22 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Serve warm with butter and honey if desired. Enjoy!
