In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet. Heat a little coconut oil or butter on a pan or skillet over medium-low heat. Use a 1/4 cup to pour the batter for each pancake onto the pan. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, flipping when bubbles start to form on the surface. Cook the other side for about another 2 minutes. Stack the pancakes, layering the filling in between. Dust with cocoa powder and top with any other desired toppings (I used @jessicasnaturalfoods chocolate hazelnut granola). Enjoy!
