Preheat the waffle iron on medium-low heat. Add all the waffle ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Grease the waffle iron with cooking spray. Scoop the batter onto the waffle maker. Let cook for about 2-2.5 minutes or until golden and crispy. Repeat until all batter is finished. To make the cream topping, mix the greek yogurt and creamer together in a small bowl. Warm the frozen berries up in the microwave at 30 second intervals, until the berries are soft and start to release juice. Top the waffles with the cream topping and warm berries. Enjoy!
