Instructions: In a medium bowl, combine the water, honey, and yeast. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy. Add in the flour and salt, and stir with a wooden spoon until mostly combined. Lightly flour your hands and knead the dough for 1 minute, bringing it into a ball. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and allow to rest for 15 minutes. Preheat the air fryer to 390F. Once slightly risen, place the dough on a floured surface and divide into 8 equal-sized pieces. Flatten each piece of dough into a oval shape. Then, fill the middle of each with ~1/4 cup scrambled eggs. Top the scrambled eggs with ~2 tbsp of the bacon crumbles. Then, top the bacon with ~1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Fold the edges over the fillings, pinching to seal. Lightly brush the tops of the rolls with the egg wash, and then sprinkle with flaky salt. Spray the basket of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray. Working in bathes, place the pretzels rolls into the basket of the air fryer. Air fry at 390F for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm with ketchup, if desired. Enjoy!
