Preheat oven to 400F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside.
Start off by making the streusel topping. In a medium bowl, stir the sugar with the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon to combine. Add in the butter and granola butter, and mix until the sugar mixture is moist and crumbly. Set aside.
Then, make the cream cheese filling. Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, flour, and egg in a medium bowl to combine. Set aside.
Then, start to make the danishes. In a large bowl, toss the diced puff pastry in the melted butter to moisten and coat. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon to combine. Then, add the cinnamon sugar to the buttered puff pastry and toss gently to coat.
To assemble, mound heaping ¼ cups of puff pastry onto the prepared baking sheets. Flatten slightly with your hands and make sure all of the pieces for each danish are touching. Use your fingers or the back of a spoon to press an indentation into the center of each mound to make room for the filling.
Spoon ~2 tbsp of the cream cheese filling into the center of each mound. Sprinkle with ~2 tbsp of the streusel topping.
Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until golden and the filling is bubbly.
Serve warm.
