Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add in the egg (flax if desired), butter or coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, and coconut sugar. Whisk to combine. In a separate bowl, whisk together @go_nanas original banana bread mix, oats, salt, and baking powder. Add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix together until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Line a 8x8 inch pan or 8” round pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan, making sure it is spread evenly. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until just cooked through (don’t overcook!). I like mine to be a little on the gooier side! Enjoy!
