Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400F. Spread the granola butter, or spread/nut butter of choice on a tortilla. Place the banana on one side of the tortilla (you may need to break the banana up into large chunks if it’s really curved). Starting from the side of the tortilla with the banana on it, roll it up. Slice into bite sized pieces. Place a piece of parchment paper into the basket of the air fryer and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place the banana sushi slices in the basket of the air fryer. Air fry at 400F for 6-8 minutes. Top with a drizzle of honey and a dusting of powdered sugar if desired. Serve with greek yogurt to dip. Enjoy!View original recipe
