What you need

4 ½ cup all purpose flour

2 ½ tsp yeast
1 ¼ tsp salt

1 tbsp honey
8 tbsp salted butter

½ cup coconut sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon

8 oz cream cheese

3 tbsp pancake syrup
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400F. Start by making the cinnamon crunch topping. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and use your hands to incorporate the butter until a crumbly mixture forms. Place in the fridge until needed. Then, make the dough. Add the warm water to a bowl, sprinkle the yeast on top and whisk together. Set aside. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and sugar. Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture. Use a wooden spoon to stir until a dough forms. Lay the dough out on a lightly floured surface and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Roll the dough into 8 ropes, and then fold it into a pretzel (make a U, twist the ends twice, then fold the ends on top of the curved part of the U). Lightly spray the basket of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray. Place the pretzels into the basket (~2 at a time depending on the size of the air fryer). Brush them with melted butter and then generously cover the tops with the cinnamon crunch topping. Air fry at 400F for 7-9 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the air fryer and transfer to a cooling rack. Beat together the ingredients for the maple cream cheese dip and then dip the pretzels into it if desired.View original recipe
