What you need

cup buttermilk

cup all purpose flour

cup sugar

cup chocolate hazelnut spread

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

cup unsalted butter

tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375F. Inna large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Then, add in the cold and cubed butter, and use a pastry cutter or fork to cut the butter into the flour until well combined. Pour in the buttermilk, and continue to mix with a fork or wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface, and use your hands to knees until the dough comes fully together. Roll the dough out and complete one letter fold, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place int he fridge for at least 20 minutes. Repeat the rolling out and letter fold step one more time, and then rest again in the fridge for an additional 20 minutes. After the second rest, remove from the fridge and roll the dough out one last time. Use a knife or pastry cutter to divide the dough into little pieces (you should get 30-36 pieces). Use your hands to roll each piece into a little bite-sized ball. Place a piece of parchment paper in the basket of the air fryer. Brush the tops of the biscuit bites with extra buttermilk or melted butter. Work in batches and air fry at 375F for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through. While they are air frying, combine the cocoa hazelnut spread and milk and melt together in the microwave. Remove the biscuit bites from the air fryer, lightly brush with butter, and then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat completely. Serve and dip in the chocolate hazelnut ganache.
