What you need

cup sugar-free jam

cup honey

cup rice vinegar

cup pineapple juice

tbsp sesame oil

cup extra-virgin olive oil

ginger root
garlic

cup worcestershire sauce
Instructions
In a medium, whisk together the ket cup, honey, pineapple juice, rice vinegar, sesame oil, olive oil, ginger, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Place the chicken in a large bowl, pour half of the marinade over the chicken (save the other half to cook down to a glaze once chicken is cooked), and toss to coat the chicken. Then, cover the bowl or place the chicken with the marinate in a large zip lock bag, and place in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour, and up to 24 hours. Preheat the air fryer to 400F. Remove the chicken from the marinade and air fry at 400F for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are cooked through and crispy on the outside. You can alternatively cook them on a cast-iron skillet or grill over medium het (6-8 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through). While the chicken is cooking, add the remaining marinade to a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook until the sauce thickens. Once the chicken is done cooking, toss or glaze with the sauce. Serve chicken with rice, your favorite vegetable side, and anything else desired. Enjoy!View original recipe
