These are quick, simple, soft, pillowy, and incredibly flavorful! I mean… can you ever go wrong with a granola butter glaze on top of donuts? I think not 😌 You need these, that’s all 🤍

What you need

tsp ground cinnamon

tbsp low fat milk

cup salted butter
cup plain greek yogurt

tsp baking powder

cup self rising flour

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp sugar

tsp cane sugar
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine. Add in the yogurt and mix with a spoon until a shaggy dough forms. Knead with your hands in the bowl a couple of times to make it fully come together. Lightly flour a surface, and continue to knead the dough with your hands until it becomes soft and bouncy (this will take about 5 minutes). Roll the dough out to ¾” thickness. Using a cookie cutter, mason jar lid, or a cup, create circles and remove (should make 10-12 mini donuts). Then, using a smaller round lid or cutter, pop the inner circle hole out to create the donut shape. Place the donuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the air fryer to 350F. Brush the tops of the donuts with the melted butter. Place a piece of parchment paper in the basket of the air fryer. Then place the donuts in the air fryer (you may have to do this in batches depending on the size of the air fryer, I did 4 at a time). Air fry at 350F for 5 minutes, then flip over and air fryer for another 3 minutes, or until golden and raised. While the donuts are in the air fryer, whisk together all of the ingredients for the granola butter glaze in a small bowl until smooth. Once the donuts are cooked, dip into the glaze. Dust with powdered sugar if desired, and eat warm. Enjoy!View original recipe
