What you need

cup powdered sugar

egg

cup unsalted butter

cup all purpose flour

tbsp cane sugar

tsp vanilla extract

tsp salt
Instructions
In a large saucepan, add the milk, water, butter, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat. Add in the flour all at once and stir immediately. Turn the heat back on over medium heat, and continue to stir for 2-3 minutes, until the dough becomes thick. Once the dough is smooth, remove from heat and place the dough in a bowl, and allow it to slightly cool for 15 minutes. Once slightly cool, add in 2 eggs, and beat until fully incorporated. Then, add in the other egg, egg white, and vanilla, and beat until fully combined. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill. Preheat the air fryer to 390F. Cut 12 parchment paper squares. Once the dough has chilled, place it into a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe a circle of dough on each square of parchment paper, making sure the ends connect. Working in batches, place 3-4 crullers still on the parchment paper squares, in the air fryer. Air fry at 390F for 4 minutes, then flip and air fry for an additional 4-5 minutes or until light golden brown. While air frying, whisk together the ingredients for the red velvet glaze in a small bowl. Remove the crullers from the air fryer. Cool for 5-10 minutes on a cooling rack, then dip in red velvet glaze to coat the tops. Enjoy!View original recipe
