BANANA CINNAMON ROLL WAFFLES

I am also of the onion that 99% of breakfasts should have powdered sugar and maple syrup on top - yes orrrr yes? These waffles are fluffy, soft, crisp, and only require 5 ingredients to make 🤯

What you need

banana

egg

oz coconut milk

tsp baking powder

tbsp maple syrup

cup gluten free all purpose flour
Instructions
In a small bowl, mash the banana. Then, add in the egg and baking powder, and whisk to incorporate. 
Add in the gluten free flour and then whisk until the batter is well combined.
Preheat your waffle iron. Spoon the granola butter into a small ziploc bag and cut one of the corners off to allow to pipe.
Using a ¼ cup, scoop the batter into the preheated waffle iron. Then, pipe a ‘cinnamon roll’ design on top of the batter with the granola butter. Cook the waffles until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter and granola butter.
Plate the waffles, and top with coconut yogurt, powdered sugar, maple syrup and/or any other toppings if desired. Enjoy!View original recipe
