What you need

cup almond milk

tsp ground cinnamon

cup oats

cup plain yogurt

cup berry mix
Instructions
Cook the oats according to instructions on the stove or in the microwave. To prepare the warm berries, add the mixed frozen berries, maple syrup, and cinnamon to a microwave-safe bowl and mix. Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until glossy and thawed. The berries will have extra “juice” which you will want to save for the topping. Top the oatmeal with the warm berries and yogurt.
