Serves 230 mins prep40 mins cook
These might just be one of the best things I’ve ever made… They’re lighter, simple, cheesy, and fullllll of flavor 🤤 Honestly everything you could want in a big mac, just wrapped in a pillowy dough for the perfect bite 🤎

What you need

tsp yellow mustard

cup tomato paste

cup white vinegar

cup avocado oil

egg

cup skim milk greek yogurt

cup self rising flour

cup shredded cheddar

cup pickle

cup onion

tsp black peppercorn

tsp salt

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

lb ground beef
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion, and pickles. Cook until the beef is all the way cooked through, then set aside while you make the dough. In a medium bowl, mix together the self-rising flour and greek yogurt until a dough forms. If the dough seems a little wet, add 2 more tbsp of flour. Lay the dough on a floured surface and divide into 8 equal-sized pieces. Flatten each piece of dough out and place ~1.5 tbsp of the ground beef mixture in the middle of each. Then, sprinkle ~1 tbsp of the shredded cheese on top of the ground beef filling. Fold the sides over the filling, pinch them together, and use your hands to shape into a ball. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the egg wash on top of each big mac bomb, the sprinkle the tops with sesame seeds, if using. Bake at 375F for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. While the big mac bombs are in the oven, make the healthier big mac sauce. Combine all of the ingredients for the sauce in a medium bowl, and mix. Serve the big mac bombs warm with the big mac sauce.
