BLENDER BANANA OAT PANCAKES WITH SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE (V + GF)
This may or may not be my all-time favorite pancake recipe (my carrot cake one is 100% tied with this) 🥰 These blender banana oat pancakes hit the spot every👏single👏time👏 And the addition of the vegan salted caramel sauce? Absolutely irresistible. They combine simple ingredients and are such a sweet, wholesome morning treat 🤍 #Breakfast Details: Ingredients: - 2 medium ripe bananas - 2 cups rolled oats (GF if needed) @bobsredmill - 3/4 cup + 3 tbsp almond milk @almondbreeze - 1/4 cup maple syrup - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar @bragg - 2 tsp vanilla extract @singingdogvanilla - 2 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp salt Salted Caramel Sauce: - 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted - 1 tbsp maple syrup - 2 tsp almond butter (I used @jemorganics cinnamon maca almond butter) Instructions: To make the pancakes, start by mashing 2 ripe bananas. Add 1 cup of the mashed bananas and the remaining ingredients to a blender. Blend for about a minute or two, until the batter is smooth. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes to thicken. Heat a little coconut oil on a pan or skillet over medium-low heat. Use a 1/4 cup to pour the batter for each pancake onto the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, flipping with bubbles start to form on the surface. Cook the other side for about another 2 minutes. To make the salted caramel sauce, add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix together. Serve the pancakes with desired toppings - I used the salted caramel sauce + bananas + @navitasorganics cacao nibs + maple syrup! Enjoy!
