What you need

salt
skim milk greek yogurt
blueberry

cream cheese
egg
turbinado sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and greek yogurt. Fold in the blueberries until evenly dispersed. Lay the dough out on a floured surface and cut the dough into 8 equal-sized pieces. Flatten each piece and place ~1 tbsp cream cheese in the middle of each. Fold the sides over the cream cheese, pinch them together, and use your hands to shape into a ball, making sure that the cream cheese is completely enclosed. Place the bagel bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Then, brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle 1-2 tsp of turbinado sugar on top of each. Bake at 375F for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown.
