What you need

ripe banana

cup oats

tsp baking powder

cup unsweetened almond milk

cup coconut oil

oz chocolate chips

box banana bread

pinch salt

splash vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add in the egg (flax if desired), butter or coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, and coconut sugar. Whisk to combine. In a separate bowl, whisk together @go_nanas original banana bread mix, oats, salt, and baking powder. Add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix together until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Line a 8x8 inch pan or 8” round pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan, making sure it is spread evenly. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until just cooked through (don’t overcook!).
