They’re ridiculously easy to make, soft, fluffy, and studded with melty chocolate chips for pure bliss in every bite 🤝 These will convince you that nothing beats a classic chocolate chip pancake

What you need

unsalted butter

egg

milk

granulated sugar

salt

baking powder

gluten free all purpose flour
Instructions
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the granulated sweetener, milk, and egg. Then, whisk as your slowly pour the butter into the mixture. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, and mix until just combined, it’s okay if the batter is a little lumpy. Add the chocolate chips and mix until they are evenly dispersed. If you don’t like a lot of chocolate chips, start with 1/2 cup! Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and grease with butter. To make the pancakes, I used crumpet ring molds sprayed with a little bit of nonstick cooking spray on the inside edges (wide mason jar lids would also work).View original recipe
