What you need

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp coconut oil

apple

pinch ground cinnamon

cup oatmeal
Instructions
Add the diced apples to a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add coconut oil and maple syrup, mix and let bubble around for a couple of minutes. Add the vanilla and cinnamon, mix, and continue to let it bubble until it has thickened and the apples are soft and tender. Cook oatmeal according to the instructions.
