What you need

tbsp ground cinnamon

cup nut mix

cup dark brown sugar

puff pastry
Instructions
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside. In a blender or food processor, grind the walnuts until fine, it is okay if there are still a few chunks. In a medium bowl, mix together the brown sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon until well combined. Lay one sheet of puff pastry onto a piece of parchment paper. Gently roll out the puff pastry to create a slightly bigger rectangle. Brush the melted butter all over the surface of the puff pastry, and then spread 1/4 of the cinnamon walnut mixture on top, slightly pressing into the puff pastry. Turn the puff pastry sheet over, and repeat on the other side. Fold the pastry but rolling up one os the longer sides toward the middle, and then repeating with the other side (as shown in the reel). Then, let chill in the fridge for 15 minutes. Repeat with the other sheet of puff pastry and remaining cinnamon walnut mixture. Preheat the oven to 375F. Use a sharp knife to cut into ~1/2” thick slices, and then place on the prepared baking sheets. Bake at 375F for 22-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Let cool and serve.
