What you need

cup cereal

tbsp paprika
tsp dried oregano

tbsp rice vinegar

cup plain greek yogurt

tsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp ranch

lb skinless boneless chicken breast

tsp honey

cup bbq sauce
tsp salt

cup hot sauce

tbsp garlic powder

cup avocado oil
brown egg
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375F. In a medium bowl, season the chicken cubes with paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. In a separate medium bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes with paprika, garlic powder, and oregano. Set up a dredging station with the beaten eggs in a small bowl, the crushed cornflakes, and seasoned chicken. Start off by dipping the chicken cubes into the egg mixture, and then into the crushed cornflakes mix. Toss to ensure all sides of the chicken bites are well coated. Continue with the rest of the chicken and coating. Spray the basket of the air fryer with olive oil spray, and place the coated chicken bites in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil cooking spray. Air fry at 375F for 13-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy. While the chicken is in the air fryer, make the buffalo bbq sauce. In a medium bowl, mix together the bbq sauce, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and honey. Then, mix together all the ingredients for the creamy greek yogurt ranch in a separate medium bowl. Once the chicken bites are done, place them into a large bowl and pour the buffalo bbq sauce over them. Toss to completely coat. Garnish and serve with creamy greek yogurt ranch.
