What you need

oz cream cheese

tsp worcestershire sauce

tsp iodized salt

tsp garlic powder

tsp paprika

tbsp rice vinegar

shallot

tbsp maple syrup

chili sauce
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400F. În a medium bowl, mix together the salmon, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, paprika, rice wine vinegar, and shallots or green onions. Mix the water with maple syrup. Then, dip one sheet of the rice paper into the water and place on a wooden surface. Fold in the sides to create a long, skinny rectangle. Add ~2 tsp of the filling to the bottom of the rectangle and start to fold. First, ford the bottom right corner to the left side, and then take the bottom left corner and fold it over to the right, and continue folding until you reach the end of the rice paper sheet. The shape should end up like a triangle, with the filling fully enclosed. Repeat with the remaining rice paper sheets and filling. Spray the bottom of the air fryer with cooking spray, and place the salmon Rangoons in the air fryer. Spray the tops with cooking spray. Air fry at 400F for 13-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
