What you need

pinch salt

tbsp maple syrup

cup oat flour

tbsp instant chocolate pudding mix

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp cocoa powder

banana

tbsp dark chocolate

cup unsweetened almond milk

oz chocolate protein powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small oven-safe dish or bowl, mash the banana. Add the rest of the ingredients for the base and mix until fully combined. Scoop out 3 heaping spoonfuls, about 1/3 of the batter, into a small bowl and set aside. Dollop the chocolate pudding in the middle. Pour the rest of the batter over the chocolate pudding to completely cover it. Bake for 20-23 minutes. Top with sifted powdered sugar or any other desired toppings. Enjoy!View original recipe
