What you need

cup vanilla ice cream

cup all purpose flour

cup granulated sugar

cup dark chocolate chips

cup salted butter

tbsp unsweetened cocoa

cup semisweet chocolate chips

tsp salt
egg
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a 8x8” or 7.5x10.5” baking dish (depending on how deep you want the cake to be) with butter. Set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Set aside. Brown the butter. Add the butter to a saucepan over medium-high heat. Allow to melt and slightly brown (~5 minutes), while stirring continuously. Remove from heat and immediately pour into a medium bowl. Slightly cool (1-2 minutes), then add in both of the chocolate chips. Mix until they have fully melted into the butter. Set aside. In a separate large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together, until the mixture is pale, frothy, and slightly thickened. Continuously whisk as you stream in the brown butter/chocolate mixture, until well combined and smooth. Add in the flour/cocoa powder mixture, and mix until just combined and there are no flour streaks. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, and then place the pan onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 30-38 minutes, until the edges are set but the middle is still slightly wobbly. Remove and let cool for a few minutes. Dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired. Enjoy!View original recipe
