What you need
tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

tbsp cane sugar
cup skim milk greek yogurt

cup strawberry jam

strawberry
tsp cornstarch

oz cream cheese

tbsp unsalted butter

cup powdered sugar

tsp vanilla extract

Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F. Line a medium round baking pan with parchment paper; set aside. Start by placing your strawberry chunks in a small bowl. Add in the sugar and cornstarch and mix until the strawberry chunks are coated. Set aside. In a medium bowl, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms. Lay the dough out on a lightly floured surface and use your hands to knead a little. Roll the dough out into a rectangle. Spread the strawberry jam over the surface of the dough, leaving about 1/2” border around the edges. Then, sprinkle your prepared strawberry chunks on top of the jam, completely covering the surface. Roll the dough long ways, and use a sharp knife or pastry cutter to cut into 8-9 rolls. Place the rolls in the prepared baking dish. If using, warm the heavy cream and pour over the rolls in the baking dish right before baking. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. While the rolls are baking, beat together the ingredients for the cream cheese glaze in a medium bowl. Once the rolls are removed from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes. Then, dollop and spread the glaze over the rolls. Serve warm. Enjoy!View original recipe
