Serves 230 mins prep40 mins cook
Literally tastes like hot chocolate but in cobbler form ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top ☕️It’s rich, gooey, fudgy, soft, and the topping crisps up in the oven for a perfect texture contrast!

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Butter a small baking dish or cast iron skillet. To make the brownie layer, start by whisking together the flour, baking powder, salt, instant espresso, cocoa powder, and collagen peptides in a small bowl. Then, whisk in the milk, sugar, melted butter and vanilla extract until well combined. Spread the batter into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. To make the top layer, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture over the batter in the baking dish. Then, pour the hot water directly on top and DO! NOT! STIR! Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the center is somewhat set and the edges are slightly crispy. Allow to cool for 15 minutes, then serve with powdered sugar or vanilla ice cream if desired.View original recipe
