Instructions
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a small cast iron skillet or baking pan; set aside. In a medium bowl, add the greek yogurt, flour, and baking soda. Mix until a dough forms. Lay the dough out on a lightly floured surface and use your hands to knead a little. Roll the dough out into a small rectangle. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the filling. Spread the filling over the dough, leaving about ½” around the edges. Roll the dough long ways and use a sharp knife or pastry cutter to cut into 8-9 rolls. Place the rolls in the prepared skillet or baking dish. If using, warm the heavy cream and pour over the rolls in the dish right before baking. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. While the rolls are baking, mix the ingredients for the icing together in a small bowl. Once removed from the oven, pour or spread the icing over the rolls. Enjoy!View original recipe
