MILK ’N CEREAL PROTEIN CREPE CAKE

If you love crepes AND cereal, just trust me - you need to make this crepe cake! Thin, soft pancakes, infused with a fruity cereal milk and topped with a sweet honey Greek yogurt. So good, easy to make and packed with protein! A dream breakfast.

What you need

fl oz honey

cup greek yogurt

cup unsweetened almond milk

tsp vanilla extract

cup rolled oats
egg

vanilla protein powder
pinch salt

tbsp no-calorie sweetener
Instructions
To make the cereal milk, pour the almond milk into a bowl, and add the cereal. Steep the cereal for 20 minutes. Then use a slotted spoon to remove the cereal from the milk. Blend all of the ingredients for the crepes in a blender or food processor until smooth. Set aside. Heat a pan to medium-high heat and add about 1/4 cup of the crepe batter. Spread out to a thin pancake. Let cook on one side until dry on top, then flip and cook until golden on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the batter. Assemble the crepes by stacking with Greek yogurt in between each. Top with crushed cereal and honey. Enjoy!View original recipe
