PECAN PIE BLENDER BROWNIES

There is truly nothing cozier then a thick, gooey, brownie 😮💨 and the pecan pie topping with all of that? Oh I’m convinced the flavor combination doesn’t get any better than that 👏

What you need

cup pumpkin puree

cup cocoa powder

tbsp clarified butter

cup light-brown sugar
cup plain greek yogurt

tbsp unsweetened almond milk

tsp coarse sea salt

cup pecan

cup chocolate chips

cup maple syrup

tsp baking soda

tsp vanilla extract

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease and line a 8x8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and parchment paper; set aside. Place all of the ingredients for the brownies in a blender (I used my @nutribullet Pro 900) and blend until smooth. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove to let cool before adding the maple pecan topping. While the brownies are baking for the first 10 minutes, make the maple pecan topping by adding all ingredients into a small bowl. Mix until fully combined. Once the brownies are cool, spread the maple pecan topping over the brownies. Then, place back in the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Enjoy!View original recipe
