Instructions
1. Season the shrimp generously with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. 3. Prepare a bed in your bowl using a mix of quinoa, brown rice, and cauliflower rice. 4. Arrange the cooked shrimp on top of the grain mixture. 5. Top the bowl with roasted broccoli, fresh spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and a drizzle of Asian toasted sesame dressing.
