This simple single-serve mixed berry crisp gives all the spring feels! It features a chewy oat topping, berry goodness, and a creamy dairy-free yogurt topping. It can be made vegan and gluten-free, and is perfectly acceptable for breakfast.

What you need

tbsp almond flour

vanilla yogurt

tsp vanilla extract

pinch salt

tbsp coconut oil

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp rolled oats

tsp lemon juice

cup berry mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add the mixed berries, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and lemon juice to a small ramekin and mix to combine. In a separate small bowl, make the oat crumble by first combining the almond flour or almond meal, rolled oats, salt, and cinnamon. Then add in the maple syrup, butter or coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix to combine. Sprinkle the oat crumble over the berries, making sure to cover the surface.
