What you need

vanilla extract

egg

granulated sugar

dark brown sugar

unsalted butter

baking soda

baking powder

salt

gluten free all purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside. In a separate large bowl, whisk the melted butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until well combined. Add in the egg, water, and vanilla, and whisk to combine until smooth. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet until well incorporated. Then, fold in the chopped chocolate. Using a cookie scoop, scoop to portion the cookie dough into balls, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove and let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm. Enjoy!View original recipe
