What you need

cup plain greek yogurt

cup granulated sugar

pinch iodized salt

tsp baking soda

tsp baking powder

cup gluten free all purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350F. *You can alternatively make these in the oven! Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients, except the melted butter. Mix until well combined. The dough is going to be a little sticky, but just trust the process! Lay the dough on a generously floured surface. Sprinkle some more flour on top of the dough. Use your hands to knead a couple of times, until the dough becomes smooth. If the dough still seems too sticky, add 1 more tbsp of flour at a time, and continue to knead until it comes together more! Roll the dough out to 3/4” thickness. Using a cookie cutter, mason jar lid, or cup, create circles by pushing down into the dough. Then using a smaller round cutter, pop the inner circle hole out of each to create the donut shape. Place a piece of parchment paper in the basket of your air fryer. Working in batches, transfer the donuts to the air fryer. If using the oven, transfer the donuts to the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter. For the air fryer, air fry at 350F for 4 minutes, gently flip and air fry for another 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown. For the oven, bake at 375F for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the air fryer or oven, and immediately toss in granulated sugar to coat. Serve warm. Enjoy!View original recipe
