Rumor has it that it was National Espresso Day yesterday ☕️ Celebrated with this homemade version of the Starbucks ICED SUGAR COOKIE ALMOND MILK LATTE 🎄 The Starbucks sugar cookie almond milk latte is the newest holiday craze — but I honestly think it’s better when made at home, and the result was 👏🏻 I used a shot of espresso mixed with @javy.coffee coffee concentrate! It is slightly nutty, sweet, and oh-so comforting 🤍

What you need

ice

water

¼ cup water

unsweetened almond milk

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

Espresso Shot

2 fl oz Espresso Shot

almond extract

¼ tsp almond extract

brown sugar

¼ cup brown sugar

vanilla extract

1 tsp vanilla extract

coffee

colored sprinkles

1 colored sprinkles

Instructions

In a medium saucepan add in the water, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract.

Heat up on medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved then remove from the heat.

In a large glass, add some ice, 2-4 tablespoons of the homemade sugar cookie syrup, almond milk, coffee concentrate, and top it with freshly brewed espresso shots.

Decorate with the sprinkles, and give it a good stir.
