What you need

box banana bread

tbsp coconut sugar

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp baking soda
oz vegan cream cheese

tsp table salt

tsp baking powder

tbsp dairy free butter

ripe banana
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside. In a large bowl, add the blueberry crumble banana bread mix, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, and whisk to combine. Add the mashed banana and yogurt, and mix until combined and it forms a dough. Lay the dough on a floured surface and shape into a log with your hands. Cut the dough into 8-10 pieces and form the pieces into balls. Roll each ball of dough out and put 2 tsp of cream cheese in the middle. Fold the sides over the cream cheese, pinch them together, and use your hands to reshape into a ball. Top with melted butter (or the beaten egg) and then sprinkle coconut sugar on top, or roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar to completely cover. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
